West Mineral, Kansas - then drive to rookery near Oswego, KS

Depending on weather, road conditions and  the presence of
Great Blue Herons
Visit a Great Blue Heron rookery with over 30 nests.  Led by Emmett Sullivan.  Most popular field trip last season.
Date may change depending on weather, etc.  Watch your email and attend SGAS meeting for further details.
To be announced on Short Notice - probably in April when Woodcocks begin calling.

A picnic like affair with Waffles and Pancakes prior to listening for Woodcocks after dark.  No walking - just sit and listen.
